We’ve established these Terms of Use to provide a safe online environment for all of our users. Carefully read our Terms of Use before using the Site and its services. Product Information and Transactions
We make every attempt to ensure accuracy of pricing and information of products listed on the Site. We reserve the right to make a correction without notice if an error does occur. All prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation.
All pictures, descriptions, and prices on the Site are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days of noticing any discrepancy in pricing or other information. When placing an order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on the Site. Price differences related to past or future prices on the Site or other sites are not refundable. We do not price match. If a product listing is incorrect or it becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order, regardless if it has been confirmed and/or your payment has been processed. If payment has been processed, we will promptly issue a credit or refund.
TREND will collect sales tax on all orders based on tax laws set by taxing authorities for any city, state or country where such transactions are subject to tax. TREND will collect shipping fees. We may occasionally offer special promotions on the Site. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue special offers without notice.
Each device has a unique set of technical specifications that could affect the accuracy of its display of product colors on the Site. This is beyond the responsibility and control of TREND enterprises, Inc.

User Submissions
We love to hear from you! Your comments and reviews are welcome on the Site. Any messages, ideas, photos, videos, suggestions, comments, or communications you provide (“User Generated Content,” or “UGC”) to TREND through reviews or other means grants TREND license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute without notice or compensation to you. Publishing content on this website or through social media gives TREND permission to use your name, social media handle, and the published or provided text and images.
By sharing your UGC, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions and must not violate any of the prohibitions in the User Conduct section. TREND assumes no liability for UGC. We reserve the right to monitor, remove, alter, or block communications without notice.
Terms and Conditions
You Own the UGC You Share
By sharing your content, you agree that you own the content, whether it is copy or photos, and that you are age 18 or older. You further agree that you own all right, title and interest, including any copyright or trademark that may be applicable.
You Have the Right to Share Your UGC
You agree that we may use your photos, captions, and handle. You represent that the sharing and publication of your content does not violate the rights of any other person or entity, including intellectual property rights. You also agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Use.
You Grant Us a License to Your UGC
By sharing your UGC, you are giving TREND, and its successors and assigns, a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid license to use your UGC, including all copyrights, in all forms and media. This entitles TREND to copy, display, publish, modify and store your UGC anywhere and through any means, and that our right will not expire. This also means that you will not receive any money for granting these rights.
Our Responsibility to Use Your UGC
TREND has no obligation to use any of the UGC that you share. We reserve the right to select which elements of your UGC to use or publish, whether on the Site, Social Media, or other marketing initiatives such as catalogs, emails, retail materials, or other promotional or marketing materials.
Waiver for Using Your UGC
By sharing your UGC, you release TREND from any and all liability resulting from our use of the UGC.
Non-Confidentiality of Your UGC
By sharing your UGC with TREND, you acknowledge that it will be available to the public. Please use caution when deciding what personal information to share. If you wish us to remove your UGC from the Site, please contact our Customer Service department, contact information provided below. Please note that even if we remove your UGC, your waiver of rights will continue to apply to all UGC that we used prior to your request.
Copyright Infringement
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”) provides recourse to copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If you believe TREND has posted something that is an infringement of your copyright, please send us a DMCA notice to ask that we take it down.
If you believe that a DMCA notice has been wrongly filed by TREND against you, you may send us a Counter Notice. These notices have specific requirements. TREND reserves the right to decline to accept UGC from users who we believe to be repeat infringers.
User Conduct
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Use, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content for any unlawful act, including to:
- Solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts that violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability
- Submit false or misleading information

Limitations on Liability

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TREND and our parent subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Applicable Law
The laws of the State of Minnesota will govern these Terms of Use without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law.
